Our History
In 1990 Richard Baughn incorporated Richard Baughn Construction, moving out on his own from his family’s business Baughn Construction. His experience with construction goes all the way back to 1933 where his granddad Bill Baughn began in this line of work. In 1955 Dale Baughn, Richards Dad, and Uncle created Baughn Construction and started working for Smaller Towns and the Arkansas Highway Department paving roads and building bridges. Growing off his family’s legacy, Richard Baughn now works with some of the most known companies around the world.
