One of the primary objectives of Richard Baughn Construction (RBC) is the performance of work in all phases of the company’s operations in a manner that will ensure the safety of all personnel. In meeting this objective and in keeping with our philosophy that there is no job so important that it cannot be one done safely, there are certain responsibilities and procedures that must be defined. RBC does and will provide all mechanical and physical facilities required for personal safety and health in keeping with the highest standards. In return, all personnel will follow all safety rules, take no unnecessary chances, use all safeguards and safety equipment provided and report all unsafe acts and/or conditions.

Richard Baughn Construction, Inc. mandates that our operations are free from drugs for the safety and benefit of our employees, visitors, owners, and the public. Our substance abuse prevention and detection program includes pre-employment drug screening and various ongoing drug testing of employees, including mandatory drug and/or alcohol testing.
